How do I pay?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. You pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. No card needed.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2–3 working days in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and 3–5 working days for other cities. You'll get a WhatsApp/SMS confirmation after you order.

How much is delivery?

Flat PKR 200 anywhere in Pakistan, and FREE delivery on orders above PKR 2,500.

Will someone confirm my order?

Yes. We confirm every order on WhatsApp or call before dispatch, so please keep your phone on 😊

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo or video and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy.

Does the heating belt really help with period cramps?

Warmth is a well-known way to help soothe period cramps and relax muscles, which is why so many girls use hot water bottles. Our belt gives the same warmth, cordless, with adjustable heat and gentle massage. It helps relieve discomfort, but it is not a medicine. If your pain is severe, please see a doctor.

Is it safe?

Start on low heat, wear the belt over a thin layer of clothing, and don't sleep with it on high. Heat patches go on clothing, never directly on skin. Please ask your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or have a medical condition.

How do I charge the belt and massagers?

With the USB cable in the box, using any phone charger or laptop. Charge fully before the first use.

Can I open the parcel before paying?

Courier policy usually doesn't allow opening before payment. But don't worry: if anything is wrong, our 7-day return covers you.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
