By visiting or buying from Warmly.pk you agree to these terms.

1. Our store

Warmly.pk is an online store based in Karachi, Pakistan, selling personal comfort and self-care products. Our store runs on Shopify.

2. Products and health information

Our products are comfort and wellness products. They help relieve everyday discomfort such as period cramps, muscle stiffness and tension, but they are not medical devices or medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always follow the instructions and safety notes. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, a medical condition, or severe or unusual pain, please consult a doctor before use.

3. Prices and orders

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, the price was listed in error, or we can't confirm the order with you. If you've paid in advance, you'll receive a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please make sure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel.

5. Delivery and returns

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping Policy. Returns are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Reviews and content

Reviews you post must be honest and about your own experience. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive or off-topic.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Warmly.pk is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
