Shipping Policy

• Delivery all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
• Delivery charges: flat PKR 200 per order. FREE delivery on orders above PKR 2,500.
• Processing: orders are confirmed on WhatsApp or by call and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
• Delivery time: usually 2–3 working days for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, and 3–5 working days for other cities. Remote areas may take a little longer.
• Payment: Cash on Delivery. Pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
• Tracking: we share your tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS once your order ships.
